       Rainbow Steel has four subsidiary companies: Tianjin Jintong Steel Tower Co., Ltd; Tianjin Denuoxin Steel Pipe Co., Ltd; Tianjin Mingsu Steel Pipe Co., Ltd; Tianjin Rainbow International Trading Co., Ltd. With the 4 subsidiary companies, we have 5 high frequency steel pipe production lines and two production line of powder coating, the annual production ability is 350,000 tons of welded steel pipes, and production capacity of about 20,000 tons for powder coating.

        We are the biggest steel tower and steel structure company in china, we have production technology and production equipment for transmission line iron tower of 1000kV and below, 500kV substation architecture, 220kV power transmission and transformation steel pipe pole, telecommunication tower, and substation structure. We have set up 4 angle steel iron tower processing workshops, 2 steel pipe pole processing workshop, and 1 hot dip galvanizing processing workshop. Main production equipment includes 11 angle steel CNC automatic production lines, 1 ADM 3635, 1 ADM 2532 high-speed angle steel drill production line, 6 joins board CNC automatic production lines, 20 mechanical presses, CNC/ radial drilling machine 8 sets, 1 3200-t dual-linkage 14-m CNC bending machine, 1 1600-t doble-linkage 12-m CNC bending machine, 6 shearing machines, 4 14-m Steel Plate CNC flame cutting machines, Automatic seam welding machine 1 sets, 4 CNC automatic submerged arc welding production lines, 49 gas shielded TIG machines, and 400 sets of variety of special equipment tooling, equipped with special angle steel iron tower and steel pipe pole trial assembly venue and equipment, and raw materials physics and chemistry laboratories. Our company covers an area of 210 Acres, fixed assets are 50.08 million RMB. Product processing capacity is 80,000 tons/year of angle iron tower, 40,000 tons/year of steel pipe pole, and 200,000 tons/year of hot dip galvanizing.

       Also we can do the big steel structures for construction, for high way traffic facilities, for high speed rail steel structure post., for subway steel props or steel structures, for solar mounting system, and others big jobs of steel structures.

       We use our Tianjin Rainbow International Trading Co., Ltd for doing import and export, our mainly export product is galvanized steel pipes, jobs of steel structures or frame works, galvanized iron angle bar, flat bar, iron channels and beams, steel profiles, steel towers and steel tube post for electrical transmission powder pole, and substation structures, and all others steel jobs which will need deep production processing such as galvanizing, powder coating, painting, slitting, welding, punching and drilling and straightness adjusting, etc...., currently we are exporting to American, Australia, Indian, Singapore, Myanmar, Japan, South Korea, UAE, Saudi, Iran, Israel, and European countries.
