Communication towers are used for many types of electronic communication, including cellular tower, wireless tower, microwave towers, radio and global positioning satellite technology etc. Communication towers have a variety range of different shape of towers ( square, round, hexagonal, polygonal or triangular) with different type of material sections ( angular or tubular bracing).
Rainbow Steel provides many type of lattice steel tower & mast for communication.These towers are, typically, tall structures designed to support telecom- accessories with antennas (also known as aerials) for telecommunications and broadcasting, including television, antenna and other supports, which also can accommodate a variety of disc with network parts. Rainbow Steel also offers a wide variety of accessories and mounting.
Our communication tower is fabricated by solid Steel Pipe with angle or bracing members, which provides great strength, low weight and wind resistance, and economy in the use of materials. Lattices of triangular cross-section are most common, and square lattices are also widely used. After fabrication all towers are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot Dip Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.

Angel Steel Tower
angle steel tower is a down comer tray column. The plate pressure drop is small, with a large amount of gas, the plate efficiency is good, has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, good rigidity.
Characters and advantages:
1. Transmission steel tower has single circuit line and double circuit line.
2. It is mainly composed of equilateral angle steel, and material used by Q235(A3F) or Q345(16Mn).
3. Steel tower is mainly composed of three parts: head tower, body tower and leg tower.
4. Steel Tower always used by transmission power line and EHV.
