Welded steel pipes with hot dip coating or electric-galvanized coating on the surface of galvanized steel pipes. Galvanizing can  increase the corrosion resistance of steel pipes and prolong their service life. Galvanized pipes are widely used, not only as pipelines for water, gas, oil and other general low-pressure fluids, but also as oil well pipes and oil pipelines in the petroleum  industry, especially in offshore oil fields, oil heaters, condensation coolers, tubes for coal distillation and washing oil exchanges in chemical coking equipment, and tubes for trestle pipe piles and support frames in mine tunnels.

Different apply solution designed with different steel tubes, usually in square and round forms. As an important part of steel instruction, the square or round  tubes require high straightness and distortion. We strictly control the dimension accuracy and surface flatness of hot rolled coils from the material link, and then cut and twist the coil twice after the production of steel tube is completed. Straightening to ensure that our products fully meet the requirements of the drawings.

Pipe material is Q355 or S355. Hot galvanizing or pre-galvanizing can be selected according to customer’s requirements. The average thickness of hot galvanized zinc layer reaches 80 microns. We provide customized packaging and overall packing plan for customers, greatly improving the safety of pipes and unloading speed.
