Greenhouse commonly used steel greenhouse introduction

The current general formal greenhouse companies commonly use the following materials:

Type of material: square pipe, round pipe, elliptic pipe, M type steel

Material: galvanized steel ( hot-dip galvanized / pre-galvanized )

Difference use of material appearance

Square tube: generally used on the vertical column of intelligent greenhouse, this general specification is 70*50,50*100, 100*100, 120*120, 150*150 or other larger square tube, smaller square tube such as 50*50 for greenhouse horizontal tie bar.

Circular tube: it is used to build the framework of the greenhouse. It is a secondary load-bearing structure, and the force is transmitted to the main stress structure after being stressed. It is the framework of the greenhouse.

Elliptic tube: elliptic tube is a new product introduced in recent years. Compared with circular tube, elliptic tube has a particularly good pressure resistance. However, because the existing elliptic tube is made of galvanized tape, its anti-corrosion performance is inferior to that of circular tube.

M type steel: it is used on the top of intelligent greenhouse to form a steel frame. It has the advantage of low cost and poor stability compared with square pipe.It is mainly used in areas with low stress and corrosion protection requirements.

Material and service life of steel tubes

Domestic steel tubes are mostly steel, hot dip galvanized this material, hot dip galvanized is to increase the service life of corrosion, the specific service life to see four aspects

Steel material: from the process is divided into hot galvanized national standard pipe, galvanized coil pipe, black pipe after hot galvanized molding.
